Macuhealth supplement - is sunflower oil harmful for AMD?

I have been diagnosed with drusen. I want to take a supplement that contains lutein and zeaxanthin. Macuhealth supplement has been recommended by several people. However it contains sunflower oil. I believe it is a carrier for the lutein and zeaxanthin. I understand that sunflower/seed oils should be avoided if you have drusen or AMD. Any information or knowledge about this issue would be helpful. I have seen that numerous supplements have seed oils in them.
