Lupus and Rinvoq - does it work? What to expect?

I have SLE and all the fun things that come with that. Maxed out Hydroxychloroquine (still taking) and Cellcept so switching to Rinvoq. Anyone have any experience using this med? I’m in pain every day and visiting Mayo in feb. Any help or advice is appreciated!

I have nr-axSpA and have been in pain for about 10 years. I started taking Rinvoq (my 4th biologic) about 60 days ago. I had some stomach discomfort the first 30 days, otherwise no negative effects. My pain levels have gone from 7-8 to 4-5 and my stamina has improved, not as stiff in the morning. I have reduced my Prednisone (used for 3 years) from 5mg/daily to 2.5mg every other day. It’s majorly expensive, I max my Medicare in one payment, $2100, after that all my RX’s are $ 0 copay. So far I’m a big Rinvoq fan, got my life back!
