Lump feeling throat
I was playing soccer on cold night about a month ago. I was pushing myself physical, and yelling, etc. Halfway through, I felt a huge lump flare up in my throat. It felt that way most of the night, but slowly reduced in size or feeling. The 1-2 days hurt a bit to swallow. Over the next week or so, it went down to normal mostly. However since then, I have still felt a weird feeling, lump, or something in that same area. I can't feel it outside the throat, just internally. It doesn't hurt to swallow, and I forget about it part of the days.
However, sometimes I feel it more, and especially if I raise my voice, shout across the house, or maybe sneeze loudly..that seems to make it flare up a bit.
Anyone have any experience with this? I initially thought it was acid reflux, or vocal chord related, but the extended time period is worrisome.

jpl20, I wonder if you have strained your vocals cords? Personally, I would go see an ENT doctor and let him
use the light to look down in the back of your throat. He can numb your throat up to look around.
I wish you the best. Prayers & Blessings...
@covidstinks2023 appreciate the feedback. I'm going to schedule something with ENT soon. I hope it's just vocal chord related. My instant worry is always cancer related.
