Anyone can get lichen sclerosus but postmenopausal women are at higher risk. @mar1234, what challenges are you finding related to age and LS?

Hi anyone 40-65 years old having trouble remembering short & long term memory any were from 2-3 days to 4-5 weeks ago

I am over 70 by a few years.
What I have learned is my body can’t tolerate chemicals. For tooth paste Tom children, no fluoride and strawberry flavored.
Toilet paper cottonelle. I have a bad allergy to trees and I can’t use daily anything that comes from trees.
Cotton Kleenexes or handkerchiefs have been wonderful
I was told to use Dove sensitive soaps, and that has helped.
Dental issues was also a problem had to replace all my amalgam fillings and replaced with ceramic, That has helped greatly
I’ve come across some really great doctors at Mayo clinic and they have helped me navigate all these chemicals today.
Yes, there are a number of us over 70 dealing with the Lichen Issues..
