LRP4+ and whole body twitching

Nov 2024, I had a flu shot. one day after that, my eye lid twitching and it spread all over my body.
Because I had a thymic tumor (found in February 2023), Dr ordered MG panel, my LRP4 come back positive.
My twitching is very bad, both calf constant and randomly all over my body every couple of seconds. I did not have clinic weakness.
because of the LRP4+ and thymic tumor. I had a thymectomy February 2026, the pathology come back as thymic cyst and true thymic hyperplasia.

Fast foward to now July 2026, I still have whole body twitching and no weakness. I am afraid of this can be early onset of ALS or mild MG.

Please help
