Low aldosterone and low renin without hypertension and normal cortisol

I have had problems getting better over the last 9 years. For the first time my aldosterone and renin were checked. Test was at 10:30 am. Both levels were below the normal range. I retested with my Endocrinologist at 7:00 am, only within the hour of waking. My levels were low normal but right at the low end. I am wondering if these test results could affect my ability to heal? My endocrinologist felt I was fine.

I do not have high blood pressure. I have normal to low blood pressure and have been having syncope and near syncope events, especially waking me up at night.
