Looking for help with Superior Cluneal Nerves.

After two back surgeries including fusion, SLIF - L3-4, L4-5, L5-S1, I'm finding that most likely the source of my back pain has been my Superior Cluneal Nerves and the pain is much worse since surgery.
Has anyone had experience with treatment of these nerves? What were your results?

How was the cluneal nerve diagnosed as the cause of your pain? I’ve been researching it because it sounds like the type of pain I’ve been experiencing for the past 12 years after L5 S2 fusion. None of my doctors ever mentioned it.
