Looking for good PCP: Boston area

Hi! Recently diagnosed with hyper-mobility spectrum disorder and fibro.
Anyone else with fibro in the Boston area have a primary care doctor they really like? Looking to switch to some-one who can coordinate with Mayo & take over my care locally.
My current primary care doctor isn’t equipped to handle my needs & I definitely need a new one.

Appreciate any leads or suggestions anyone might have!
