@disatisfied Hey bud, I know how you feel. I had a superb sex life before surgery and had nerve sparing as well.
But as has been pointed out by @brianjarvis, not all cases are equal.
I’ve tried everything, in every combo and was considering Trimix when I had recurrence…ugh!!!
That whole experience put the kibosh on pretty much everything and at this point, I’ve stopped caring…
But I am 71 and you are much younger so I really think there’s hope for you. Talk to your doc about Trimix - many on the forum have used it with excellent results and given your age, you shouldn’t be much different. But be patient; there is a learning curve with it as with most things we deal with here…
Best,
Phil

Similar situation here. I’m 57, about 10 months after surgery. My doctor said he spared one set of nerves, but I’m still not getting natural erections.
I take Cialis 5 mg every day. It doesn’t give me an erection, but I guess it helps with blood flow. I use the pump three or four times a week to keep things moving, and I’ve used it for sex. The pump does work, but let’s be honest, the process and those bands take the fun out of it pretty fast. Plus, your erection is like a flagpole stuck in Jell-O.
Trimix has really been the answer for me. It takes a little getting used to giving yourself the shot, but once you find the right dose, it can bring things almost back to normal. Have you tried Trimix yet?
