Looking for a good Neurologist that can help with SFN diagnosis

I just discovered that in jan of 2022 I had a punch biopsy done and the nerve fiber density test was very low! A foot doctor did this because of my calf that has atrophied.
15 month later I go back to the same dr and he said I needed to go to a neurologist and it could be autoimmune related! I had no idea.
Any suggestions for a good doctor?? I live in the East Valley of Metro Phx.
