I use live conscious collagen peptides. Rated in the top 5
@suzzz9
Like @elainemel I also use Live Conscious collagen peptides…grass fed and pasture raised grade A bovine. You can order from their secure website. I use half of the included scoop and add to my coffee in the morning. It dissolves easily with no taste. It was recommended by a nurse practitioner who researched the product.

I also use Live Conscious collagen.
Thank you!
Thank you 🙋🏻♀️
I use Native Path Collagen Peptides, premium grass fed, Pasture raised. It does not have any taste. It is Type I & III collagen. Paleo, Keto, Dairy Free and Gluten Free. I buy directly thru their website. I wait for specials to purchase.
Thank you
Do you notice a difference in skin hair and nails? Any negative symptoms?
@suzzz9
The collagen @sequoia mentioned is a good option also..similarly sourced as Live Conscious collagen peptides. I am probably at 5 years on this product and my nails are like rocks, my skin is good and my hair is really shiny. I am 83 and do get my gray roots taken care of every 5 weeks. But I don’t have dry “granny” hair ( I’m a granny so I can say that) and it’s really healthy. I attribute this to my diet and the collagen and lifestyle in general.
I have never had any side effects. But I don’t have any organic problems or take medications. Maybe others have had some adverse effects or have digestive issues but I think this is a fairly benign product as long as it is responsibly sourced. Not sure how long it took to notice any improvement but stick with it if you do decide to go this route. As I mentioned, I take less than the recommended scoop and fling it into the coffee. After this long and on a daily basis it doesn’t matter. Some beauticians are also recommending collagen.

Thank you so much Mary 🙏🏻
I have had a knee/ femur/hip replacements in the only leg that I was born with and am working hard to squeeze alittle more outta this leg that has been a blessing & a powerhouse all my life. 💪🏼
68 now and still have alot of gumption. Along with keeping my bones strong, I don't want to lose my hair too. I appreciate you taking the time to respond. Sending all good sunny days your way☀️
Hoping this helps.
Ps my naturopath urges me to take mega doses of vit C which helps the body produce it's own collagen.
And homemade bone broth of course. My dog enjoys the bones and broth is for me xo
I would like to try something like that but I am concerned about taste. Tried many protein powders that were supposedly "tasteless" but were not. Is this truly without any taste even in black coffee?
