Lonsurf-Bev?? Does anyone have any advice, thoughts etc. Please!!

My husband has already undergone 8 rounds of FolFox, 8 rounds of FOLFIRI, he started the Herceptin infusions back in Dec. 2025 then added the Tucatinib pills in March, just did the last treatment of Herceptin-Tucatinib on Sept. 29th. Now on October 14th they will be starting with the Lonsurf-Bev chemo regimen. So the cancer has only grown, got another tumor and his peristomal hernia keeps getting bigger and bigger pressing on the black tumor masses inside his body causing him severe pain everyday. Any thoughts or words of wisdom would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
