Long Covid

Has anyone had experience with Long Covid. I finished with a severe 5 week bout of the new non-fatal Covid about a month ago. I'm left with fatigue, joint pain, a new much faster heart rate (85 bpm was 55), and a bunch of other stuff that I've had before but fits the dx for Long Covid.
Cardiologist is good, but too busy to see me. Urgent care will say go to ER. PCP will refer me to cardiologist🤷 who said go to ER.

Welcome to pass the buck medicine!
First thing you should do is rule out other causes for these symptoms and your providers should be doing that too. If your primary care is dismissing you or passing you along, Get or see a new primary. You can also ask for a referral to the Internal Medicine Clinic at Mayo and they will do a full work up and make in house referrals to specialists for testing and then coordinate the care and once its all done they will meet back with you to go over everything and you take that all home to your physicians all tied up with nice bow. Its rare local providers scoff at diagnosis coming from the Mayo clinic and if they do, then get new providers.

Mayo does have a post Covid program but you need to rule out other causes and not just assume its Post Covid first.

Turned out covid triggered underlying heart issues which got resolved with 5 day hospital stay and diagnosis of congestive heart failure with heart health follow up.
