Location of Arizona Pain Rehabilitation Center

Posted by alh123 @alh123, Jan 2, 2023

I am going to be attending the 3 week Arizona PRC course , but for the life of me , can’t find the actual address of where the program actually takes place . It doesn’t actually say which of the 4 hospitals / campuses house the program in plain sight. I’m sure it’s there somewhere !
Is it in Scottsdale or Phoenix ? . I’m looking for budget accommodation as I am from Canada and the dollar rate isn’t good !

Hello @alh123, I think it is in Phoenix but I'm not positive. This Mayo Clinic Building lists a Pain Clinic under services offered and I didn't see that on one of the other Arizona Mayo locations. Did you get a phone number along with your appointment? I'm sure you could call the phone number for the location below and they should be able to provide more information.

Hi @alh123, the Pain Rehabilitation Center in Arizona is on the Phoenix campus. Check-in is in the Mayo Clinic Phoenix Building.
The contact phone number is 480-342-6240.

Did you receive the information packet? If you are registered as an attendee, you should've received communication from the Pain Rehab Center by phone, the patient portal and mail. I want to ensure that something was not missed in the process. Please let me know.

Hey buddy, what's going on? In what way are you stuck?

Has Rachel from AZ PRC let you know your attending date yet? I hope you are having a good day! 😊

I was stuck at the payment phase. I just couldn’t get my head around paying that much money all of a sudden . I had to take a step back and reconsider . Talking with friends and family , I eventually came back around that it’s my only option and I’ll just have to pay it and forget . Hopefully will find a reasonable accommodation rate . This is hard earned retirement money , so a serious rethink was justified . Anyway , away I go . As soon as I can arrange for the bill to be paid they will schedule me .

Some things are worth their weight in gold. I think this is one of them, and hopefully afterwards you will agree. 🤞🏼
