Lobectomy question about surgeon’s notes

I had my lobectomy two days ago and surgery went without complications.

I was just reading the operative notes and there is something I do not understand:
“The gland had a very thin to absent capsule and tore with grasping with Babcock clamp”
I see the doctor next Friday but wondering what this means

any ideas ?
