Liver fibrosis and generalized motility disorder

I was recently diagnosed with generalized motility disorder(reflux,gastroparesis,constipation) and now fibroscan ultrasound showed F2 liver fibrosis,saw my GI doctor and he said,diet and exercise,lose more weight and that the liver and motility problem are separate with each other,I am worrried,I’ve right sided abd pain,bloating,reflux,constipation,muscle pain in knees and legs on and off,anybody in a similar situation? Advice?
