Lifelong issues, no solutions, hearing loss, vertigo, tinnitus, etc.
I was born 80% deaf. Had tubes. Hearing improved. Throughout my childhood and to a lesser extent adulthood. Ear infections. My tinnitus started after concerts, would last 2 weeks rather than 2 days for my friends. By age 20 it was constant. Had septoplasty for deviated septum in my 30s and a balloon sinus surgery for chronic sinusitis in my 30s. 46 now. Constant vertigo (mild) severe high end hearing loss. Daily headaches. Issues with pressure, boats, alcohol. I believe ETD is part. Current ENT thinks vestibular migraine. Looking for anyone, nationwide who will look at my case as a whole. An entire life of suffering from ENT issues and help solve the puzzle. I've been told everything from get new glasses to go to a chiropractor. Nothing worked. I don't believe the migraine diagnosis as I have severe hearing loss, and it's not episodic. From what I read these are likely disqualifiers for that diagnosis.

I've just found out that I have partial empty sella syndrome (brain MRI). Another doctor, I noticed in a medical chart, said I had hypopituitarism. Partial Empty Sella is divided between primary or secondary. Both can throw the hormones off, but some cases will stem from hypopituitarism and that can cause symptoms familiar with you. I'm only commenting on this to inform you that this exists and not suggesting that you have it. I'm attaching an article from Mayo on reduced pituitary hormones and how they can effect symptoms. https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/hypopituitarism/symptoms-causes/syc-20351645
I did recently have a brain MRI, it's normal. I appreciate any help. I didn't see any ENT symptoms in the article though.
