Life expectancy for Autoimmune Hepatitis patients?

My name is Sally and I have AIH. I also have 6 additional autoimmune diseases. I know, i know im so 🍀! I was reading somewhere online that after 10 years with the disease you have a 70% survival rate after 20 years it drops to 48%? Is that correct? I’m generally trying to figure out how long we can live with this disease….and what are the survival rates of transplants with someone who has so many other diseases?
