Leg heaviness started 2 weeks after receiving cortisone hip injections

I had bi-lateral cortisone hip injections 11 days and woke up to heaviness in legs. Felt I might be paralyzed but could walk when I got out of bed. Heaviness continues. Is this a cause for concern. There is no pain other than heaviness.
