Leakage from suture site

So I had my RP 26 days ago. On day 8 went in for systogram imaging and it showed significant leakage around suture site and at that time had very bloody urine in catheter bag. Had to keep catheter in and check again in a week. A week later no real change. Check again on day 23, no blood in urine, but still leakage on one side of bladder. I now have appointment on day 31 one to get another image. Still living with my catheter. Has anyone had a similar experience? Surgeon is saying this should not effect continence once catheter is removed. He said my body will eventually repair leakage, just will take time. Frustrated with how long this is taking.
