Latest Signatera test went from negative to 1.02

My 4th Signatera test results just came back, and for the first time since my resection surgery it’s a positive result of 1.02
I have my first CT scan (since my treatment ended) next week.
Trying to stay calm and positive until the scan results come back, but of course that’s difficult.
Does anyone have any experience similar? And what happened after that positive test?

My Signatera results have been down .58 then up 2.17 then down.72 and now up 1.99...very disappointing after going down. I'm on Libtayo immunotherapy over a year now for squamous cell that went to a lymph node in my neck. I had cryoablation successfully and that's when it went down to .72 and I was hoping we got it all. I go for my next infusion Wed. and will see what they say...
