Latest NETS treatments

It seems there some newer treatments for NETS. I have gotten about 10 monthly injections of octreotide and so far the tumors are not growing. Problem is that it’s very expensive and out of pocket is my only option here in Panama. Does anyone have experience with alternative treatments?
