Lateral Release/Synovectomy/Popliteus 14 Months Post TKR

I had a lot of hemarthrosis in my knee after replacement but didn't get it drained until 8 months post-op. In that time a lot of scar tissue formed restricting flexion as well as Popliteus muscl/tendon pain with internal rotation. MAVIC MRI showed multiple issues including synovium, edema, Hoffas fat pad etc. Decision was made to do arthroscopy and synovectomy and LR was performed. I'm 2 weeks removed from surgery and i have prominent swelling on the lateral side resembling the size of a peach pit. The rest of the knee is swollen as well. In addition i am getting a snapping sensation lateral side just below the peach pit when walking and when supine doing my heel slides on the extension only at about mid-extension. The popliteus was unable to be addressed through arthroscopy so i still have the internal rotation pain. I welcome any insight.
