Last stage of Urological cancer treatment

My younger sister had been taking treatment chemotherapy and immunotherapy last year for six month. However, the treatment was not effective at all, and she started Padceb infusion treatment every two weeks at University hospital in Tokyo.
She will take a new stent for right urological tube because clotting in September. She is just 68 years old and fight against cancer alone.
I hope she will get better a little bit to extend her life.
