Larger dose of D3 combined with K2 helps!
For the past 10 days, I have taken 5,000 mg. of Vitamin D3, combined with 100 mcg of Vitamin K2. These two are combined in gummies, under the Nature Made brand. I take them with lunch, between noon and 1 pm. And so far, every night I have been sleepy around 10 pm without fail. I sleep fairly well until 3 am. to 4 am., and then kind of dose after that until 6 am. The vitamin combination was recommended by my menopause consultant. I am 69 years old and have struggled with insomnia for 15 years. This vitamin combination worked the first night! I was so surprise. My consultant says that the combination helps your own body produce seratonin and dopamine, naturally.
