@scott59 Have you considered that your rib pain and spasms may not be related to your prior surgery? I would think that the nerves involved with your sciatica would be far below anything that services the chest wall. Have you talked to your doctor about this? Could it be an infection?
Hi there im new to this site and in the uk.i have many problems with my spine and have had surgery in 2017 which didnt improve much.may i suggest placing you hands on a strong bar and hanging and moving your hips and taking some deep breaths.this method helps to decompres my spine and re align my sticking facet joints in lower and thoric area.its worth a try if you can manage this manoover and if you get some releif you be on the way to a solution.i use 600mg of pregablin a day which helps block my pains.
