Lab and a test for Luteinizing

I have been on watch and wait for LGL and Hemolytic anemia. Now my Hematologist says my immune system is destroying my red cells and wants totalk about Antibody infusion, my red count is 8.7. A year ago I was at 8.3 but needed surgery and was given red cell infusion while under sedation. For almost a year that infusion has kept me a above 9. I will be getting my 4-month labs done and see he added a new test Luteinizing test. I find no correlation between this test and Leukemia, anyone have any information about this?
