KRAS G12D NSCLC - Anyone on trial for BDTX 4933 (S241656)?

Hello,

We are looking for any references on the trial NCT05786924 which involves Oral S241656 (BDTX-4933) for KRAS mutation. Is anyone here or in Pancreatic lung cancer enrolled in this?

Also, we are not sure if they are still recruiting for RMC 6236 or RMC 9805, which are possibilities for us, but other forum discussions seem to indicate these are getting filled up.

Any help would be appreciated. Chemo+immuno did not work and our dr has asked to look into trials next.

Hi @strongone21, Hope you are doing well. Did you end up investigating this trial? Did your biopsy show any other targetable mutations? Did you decide on a treatment?

Thanks for checking. The trial didn’t have much info we could find online, looks like too early and only few locations. RMC drugs are in high demand and almost impossible to get anywhere. We also had MET present in the biopsy that gives another option to treat. We have a doctors appt in a week to discuss next steps.
