Kidney stone dissolve with lemon juice or ACV?

Both nave traditionally been used to help prevent formation of kidney stones but until you asked, I never heard they could dissolve them, so I looked. Here I a very recent paper:

Do you think you have one now? It is possible to pass small ones and "gravel" with LOTS of water and pain management. My friend forms very irregular ones, and must always have them blasted with ultrasound to break them up.
