Keytruda

About six hours after my first infusion of keytruda I had a severe debilitating reaction. I couldn’t lift a water bottle with two hands.
The reaction persists with RA flares. I’m taking prednisone and hydroxychloroquine and Tylenol which are only somewhat helpful, but not a cure all.
Now I have to decide whether or not to have a second infusion.
Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Will I have a similar reaction, better or worse?
