Ketamine for lower back pain and depression

I have acute foramen spinal stenosis, neuropathy and depression.
My nurse practitioner is suggesting I consider ketamine therapy.
I am on Gabapentin 100mg, 3 capsules 3 times a day.
Celecoxib 200mg. , once a day and Duloxetime, 30 mgs. 3 capsules at night.
My depression is not improving, and I strongly dislike the side effects caused by the Duloxetine which is why I am very leery of any other depression pharmaceuticals.
Can anybody please give me feedback if they have been involved in the intravenous controlled clinic delivery of ketamine

I have tried ketamine—two weeks worth but not IV—the provider gave muscular injections in my arm along with a preventive dose of zofran ( I never felt nauseous). I was given the option to come back for booster injections as needed. I was very depressed when I got the ketamine treatment, despite being on multiple antidepressant medications. I do have stenosis in my back but did not notice any difference after ketamine. However, I did feel much less depressed with the ketamine treatments. I continue to take anti-depressant medications.
