Has anybody with neuropathy had this blood test performed? What were the results? What did the doc test next? What was the final outcome?

Have you had the blood labs done?

Yes my free light chain tests were abnormal. I have always had a very positive ANA and this time I also found out my anti-centromere antibodies were positive (scleroderma possible). I had an ANA with reflex panel. I also had some kidney testing, and the usual CBC and metabolic panel.

I have a lupus diagnosis and a neuropathy diagnosis (unspecified) and "paresthesias>"
