Just diagnosed w Esophagitis, possible Barrett’s Esophagus
While waiting for biopsy result I am changing to an easy to swallow diet.
I have a dietitian who has given me lots of details about what foods to avoid/ eat.
What I would like to hear is what people are eating on such a diet; what does a days food menu look like for you?

What does that surgery entail?
I have cottage cheese. Greek yogurt. Protein shakes. Home made soups of puréed veggies. Smoothies thick of fruits and beans. Bananas. You can puree just about anything. I purée chicken if I’m in the mood for meat. And add applesauce so it pretty much slides right down. Also cheerios in milk Wait til they get soft. Which is pretty fast.
