I am 34 and is diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis. How can I get a real solution to the disease?

mave, See a Rheumatologist. They tend to be the most versed in RA. Praying for you.....Blessings.....

Be patient and work with your rheumatologist. You may need to take a
disease modifying drug for control and there is hope for remission and good control of your symptoms. Diet and exercise or physical therapy compliance
are your part of the therapeutic plan.
