Joint joint pain with very high humidity? your experiences?

I find when the humidity is like super high my joints feel much worse. Have any of you had the same experience with the humidity and PMR?

Hi Linda. No I haven't noticed a difference with humidity but anything can trigger the pain. In my case, as soon as I think I am improving a twist or turn of a limb or my body in an unexpected direction will blow up that area. It takes a minute for it to calm down. Hope this is helpful. Good luck.

I find the weather seems to affect me. Cold, rainy, any of that crappy weather seems to make me have nasty days!!
