join in discussions

Hi Ed, I see that you joined Mayo Clinic Connect in 2018. You have already posted 2 discussions of your own (this one and one awhile back about joining Support Groups). That is exactly how you join them.
When you see a discussion of interest to you, you should see an empty box that says “comment”. Feel free to jump in and start typing away. Then there is a blue oval that says “Post Comment”. Click that and you have joined in.
There is no set time or place to meet. It is all online. Members read and comment on discussions whenever it is convenient. Other members see how the discussion is progressing and add to it if they have a comment they want to make.
Your discussion is posted in the Chronic Kidney Disease Group. Do you have CKD? Would you care to tell us a bit more about your experience with this?
