Ivermectin parsite cleanse?
My PSA is 5.080 which I know isn't terribly high but it also isn't so good.
I did a quick search on this site for ivermectin and found it talked about here and given I have a PSA that is inching up I decided to ask here.
Does anyone have experience with an Ivermectin (mixed with one other drug) "cleanse"?
Is it something that has validity or just the newest fad?
My only experience with Ivermectin is using it to treat street dogs and cats for parasites and it worked quite well. (yes, of course don't use vet Ivermectin....please don't waste time talking down to people).
I grew up around all kinds of parasites while camping, working on farms, working with street dogs and cats, catching ringworm etc. etc.. all my life. So a good "cleanse" seems like a good idea.
But is it? All the street cats and dogs absolutely loved the stuff, after the initial die-off. They all became much healthier afterwards but the food and love helped too.
Oh, and anyone with experience with it helping the PSA?

Why then don’t you see an infectious disease specialist? He can analyze your blood, urine, your stool - and possibly do a lumbar spinal tap to see if there are any parasites in your CSF.
I mean, doesn’t RFK Jr. have a dead parasitic worm in his brain? I think he might have taken Ivermectin but I’m not completely certain.
As for its effects on PSA there is only anecdotal or word of mouth evidence regarding its efficacy.
But advertising a ‘cleanse’ using a toxic compound is ridiculous and dangerous. Can’t imagine the lawsuits…
It is theoretically possible that patients who have experience with bile duct cancer or bladder cancer may have some experience attempting to use some medications for the purpose of eradicating parasites, as those are the only two forms of cancer which have demonstrated in laboratory tests to potentially have a connection to parasites. Specifically, parasitic worms like Opisthorchis viverrini and Clonorchis sinensis (liver flukes) have been linked to increased risk of bile duct cancer, while Schistosoma haematobium (a blood fluke) has been linked to bladder cancer.
Perhaps posing those questions in forums focusing on those forms of cancer will provide you with the feedback you are seeking.
