On baclofen for transverse myelitis for 7 years, still effective?

I've been on baclofen 20 milligrams 3 times a day for transverse myelitis for almost 7 years how can I tell if it's no longer effective please let me know if you have any answers thank you

Hi Colleen this is Tim the baclofen is no longer effective my doctor yesterday put me on cortisone 20 milligrams twice a day for 3 weeks do you know any information on Cortisone and do you think that may help thank you very much

I made a mistake it's not Cortisone and prednisone 20 milligram tablets twice a day
