IUD complications with Ovarian Cysts

I had an IUD put in on 6/21 and since then i've had abnormal bleeding, cramping, abnormal discharge (smell and texture), sweats/chills, painful intercourse and urination. I was diagnosed with PID and ovarian cysts, did 14 days of strong antibiotics but my symptoms have not gotten better. Came back negative for all STDs and clean urine test.
My cyst is 1cm fluid filled on my L ovary. They won't do an internal investigation for endo until winter when I've had the IUD for a few months.
The IUD is placed correctly and the strings are visible.
I've been advocating for a partial hysterectomy since I was 16 due to cancer risk, but my gyno wants me to "take every path available".
Nobody will listen that this is extremely abnormal for me and painful and I'm unable to complete tasks due to the pain, and my partner is really worried since i've been abnormally bleeding during intercourse.
Any and all help is accepted < 3 I'm just looking for answers
