Is there best day for bloodwork during the Revlimid cycle?

In my current experience, I thought it didn't matter.

My oncologist said it didn't when the bloodwork was done.

When I was on Revlimid, my oncology appts were generally close to the end of a cycle. "Numbers is numbers", is my thought. I have been off the Revlimid since March 2025, only doing Ninlaro and dex. That may change in the new year.

Ben taking Revlimid for three years at decreasing levels. Originally all blood work was done at beginning/end of 28 day cycle. Due to some personal conflicts about a year ago my routine appt was moved out to 35 days; 7 days after restarting another 28 day cycle and blood work has been done for about a year at this 7 da time. There is no obvious difference in blood results between the two times.

I was on Revlimid 3 weeks on and 1 week off for a total of 3 years. It never made a difference to my Oncologist as to scheduling blood work every 3 months during those 3 years
