Is neck/head arthritis same as spinal?

Is arthritis pain that’s moved to my neck and side of head considered spinal arthritis, or is neck and head a different party on this website?

My neurologist says my head and neck pain are coming from my spine. Are you trying to figure out where to post? This seems like a good place! I share the same issues !

Yes - neck is considered the cervical spine

What are some of your symptoms, I have neck issues that cause slight dizziness, eye blurriness, cracking when moving/turning head, ear bussing.
Had a ablation on neck, didn't help much.
They say a little arthritis in neck area?
Wish you the best.

Thanks for letting me know about your ablation experience. My left arm became damaged holding an iPhone phone during Covid doing my family tree back to 1600’s. I thought it was overuse, as I cannot hold the phone anymore/I use a pad holder. In trying to see what was wrong, the docs discovered rampant arthritis all up my shoulder, neck, head. My arm pain is paralyzing, dead fingers in left hand, and crackling/pain in neck when turning head. The docs are working through the series of 1. Steroids2. Nerve blocks 3. Now, ablation. I’m learning to live with one arm-much sympathy for wounded warriors!
