I believe you are known of longboarding. I want to know if it is a good cardio workout? Can any experienced person guide me about that?

Sigh, maybe 60 years ago when I was a little flexible. I love watching folks with the skill, balance and agility use a longboard but it's definitely not my thing at 79. Here's a good blog in case you haven't seen it.
