is it possible to fully heal without any sugery

I am Raj, a 20-year-old boy from India. I have had a spinal injury about 2 years which at that time I didn't pay much attention to, but I have had pain ever since in my lower back. after 1.5 year I got it diagnosed and found out that the l5 s1 section of my spine has been affected, and the doctor said that I already had a defect in my spine from childhood which I genuinely had as I had anterior pelvic tilt from birth. I recently found out about this community, so I am reaching out for help and advice from you people if there is a way to get my spine healed and get rid of this excruciating pain in my lower back.
