Is everyone taking collagen for the osteo?

I started OsteoStrong last week and they are recommending Collagen and another supplement.

I have had headache nearly every day since that 2nd injection. I’m not sure if it’s the Evenity or sinus/alergy 🤷‍♀️

If you receive Evenity injection before it has been warmed to room temperature, it can be very painful
