CVST with off balance dizziness, often have to go to bathroom

Hi, I was diagnosed 3 years 8 month ago with cvsd. Along with other symptoms. I am experiencing an off balance dizziness, gets worse if I bend over or just worse at times than others..leading to an off hair , like I can't walk straight , have to hold on to something at times close to me..before it , I always have to go to the bathroom. Like a force empt I my fluids.? Anybody at all have this?
