Is anyone dealing the effects of Xgeva?
Xgeva brought me from osteoporosis back to osteopenia ... dealing with the effects of this drug denosumab. Had to have surgery on my jawbone because it started dying ... joint pain, back pain and ridiculous fatigue ... I know of no relief

Welcome @cappyak. I found several discussions and comments from members in the forum who have also been prescribed Xgeva (denosumab) for bone loss. It looks like most of them are patients with various forms of cancer and bone loss associated with chemo treatments. It is also used for patients with multiple myeloma to increase bone density.
Not knowing your history, I just did a general search and here is a list of the results. Click on the link posted below and it will give you all the converstaions that were found. Hopefully some are relevant to your situation.

I’m sorry to hear you’re having serious side effects with osteonecrosis in your jawbone. Had you previously had any oral surgery while on Xgeva?
Since you’re new to Connect and posted in the blood cancer support group, do you have a blood cancers such as Multiple Myeloma or another condition where you’re taking chemo?
How long have you been using Xgeva?
my wife had the same thing - after 3yrs caused ostencorosis (sp?) of the jaw and had to have part of it removed as bone was dying.
