IPF and daytime sleepiness

I've been diagnosed with IPF for about two years. No matter how well I sleep the night before, I get sleepy in the middle of the day and nap, sometimes for up to two hours. Is this caused by IPF, Ofev or just being 81 years old? What, if anything, can I do about it. I'm missing out on part of the day.

I could be caused by by a drop in your oxygen level. People with IPF usually have to monitor their oxygen levels frequently.
