Involuntary fast-walking while walking down my sloped driveway.

Posted by gfish1 @gfish1, Aug 21, 2023

About half-way down my sloped driveway, my legs seemed to take control & made me walk so fast, I thought I’d fall.
Reached the curb & sat down. (Had never happened before.) Taken to ER & tests didn’t show problems. Neither of the two ER docs had heard of this problem. Will get MRI this week & see neurologist next month! ( Shortage of doctors) Any help appreciated! Thank you!

Had a stroke July 2022 .... my legs did the same thing "walked" across the living room like little robot steps could not stop till my finger touch the wall ..I had no control over it with scans found old stroke as well as a new on caused by the blood thinner Plavix had stopped working causing the stroke ..

I have early Parkinson’s. This is a classic balance problem. Good to keep in mind.
