Involuntary breathing occasionally.
Hello,
I’m new to this group and looking for input. About 6 months ago I began having just one I involuntary breath, almost always when speaking to a group which is part of my job. There is no anxiety or stress related to this part of my job. I can be in the middle of speaking and suddenly experience an exhale of breath that makes my lips blow out. I have learned to cover it up with mild coughing. There is no pain and it happens once and it may be a day or 2 before it happens again. Primarily happens at work, seldom ever at rest, seldom ever at home. I do have asthma well controlled and not related to what is happening. Recently I have also noticed a tremor in my right hand. Much of my work is on the computer. Related? I don’t know. Does anyone have any experience with this? Thank you. Lindsay
