Introduction - Just joined the group

My name is Ann. I have severe bipolar depression, anxiety, insomnia, and chronic pain. I recently completed a partial hospitalization program. I have had suicide attempts and struggle to get out of bed on a daily basis. I have isolated myself and am seeking people to share and connect with. I am trying to get my life back on track.

I had a stroke more than seven years ago. It left me permanently disabled. Despite that, I try to encourage others, whether they've had strokes or are just undergoing different health challenges.
